International Procurement Office · China

Your China-side procurement
& supply-chain arm.

One accountable partner, from vendor selection to landed goods.
World map of Aetheris trade routes — China to Brazil shipping now; North America market served
We built a global consumer brand from Chinese factories onto retail shelves across North America. The capability we offer partners is the one we run for our own brand — an operator's capability, not a brokerage we resell.

Aetheris is the operating company behind AirPop, a consumer brand we took from Chinese factories to national retail shelves in North America. We act as an International Procurement Office for international retailers sourcing from China: on the ground, senior, and aligned with the buyer.

What we do

01
Sourcing & Merchandising

Vendor scouting inside the clusters where goods are actually made, supplier qualification and factory audits, private label and OEM, pre-shipment QC.

02
Export Logistics

Origin consolidation, single shipments and document sets, freight to your port, then a clean handover to your operation.

03
Trade & Supply-Chain Financing

Access to China-based supply-chain financing providers. We connect and structure it; we are not the lender.

A distinction that matters

Yiwu, in perspective Yiwu is a trading layer, not a factory layer. It is the right answer for low-MOQ mixed containers and entry price points, and the wrong one for factory-direct margin at scale. Knowing which of the two a given programme needs is most of the job.
