- Who we are. This website is operated by the Aetheris group; the data controller for enquiries submitted here is Aetheris Solutions Global Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
- What we collect. Only what you submit through the contact form: name, company, email address, country/market and your message. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
- Why we use it. Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a conversation continues, to conduct the business relationship you request. No marketing lists, no selling or sharing of data with third parties for their own purposes.
- How it flows. Form submissions are relayed by a form-delivery provider to our company mailbox. Our mail is hosted on Google Workspace. Both act as processors on our behalf.
- Retention. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet ordinary business-record obligations, then delete it.
- Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — including under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU) and PDPA (Singapore) — by writing to us through the contact form.
- Changes. We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a new date.
